I purchased a pair of lamps that were plugged in and on in the store. When I got them home one of the lamp switches does not work. The response was that they could try and fix it but all sales are final. I asked for a reduction in price if I had it fixed myself, but was told no. Awesome customer service
I ordered a lovely bowl and I was extremely impressed with the condition the package arrived. It was extremely well wrapped with bubble wrap and packing peanuts in a sturdy box. Arrived very quickly. Very pleased with the item, the packing and the short shipping time.
