Bad service and no refunds. The person I spoke with was very arrogant and not professional. Most of the gear I rented was in bad shape (sand bags and regular bags with a hole in it or ripped). I gave them a detailed list of what I needed and they messed up my order. Ended up paying for stuff I didn't need.

This really is the best place in Quebec to rent Video Equipment. They also rent lighting equipment. Very professional service, excellent technical expertise, friendly atmosphere and very good price. I highly recommend this company.
