On March 3rd I had placed an order and thought they had a Toronto location so I chose the option to pick up in store, later I found out the pick up option was in Quebec, so I called them and they were very quick in responding and cancelled …
Placed the order and few weeks later emailed them to find out status and was told that item is sold out and I need to wait for 6 weeks. They should either not to sell sold out items or notify customers about delay. 2 stars only because I got my money back. Did not even apologized
