The Elegant Bathroom Team were exceptional. From the first contact speaking with Betty, meeting her and discussing what we wanted in remodeling our ensuite bathroom was fantastic. Patrick (owner) and his team of Andy (projects manager) along with Reece and Sarah (support) were top notch!. Patrick's attention to detail along with his designers sense of perfection was key. They took care of all the delivering and removal of the old and brought in all the new. They had a plumber, electrician, tiler and shower door professional all on site to make for a seamless operation. They communicated all the way through with updates. nothing was too much trouble. we did make a couple of alterations. they obliged without question. Patrick was on site most days to make sure all was going to plan. We visited the showroom on a couple of occasions to discuss fittings, toilet and sink, shower. there were so many options to choose from we visited shop on day off to make final decision. To sum up, we cannot speak highly enough of the Elegant Bathroom Team. We are thrilled with new ensuite and highly recommend them. (5 Stars)
