Was visiting town and we Arrived a bit early on a hot day , the owner (staff ) basically ingnored us , although the dog looked happy to see us through the door , so we just left and took our money with us

Amazing customer service! I got one of the sweaters, comfiest sweaters I own to this day, super warm, high quality material. The mugs are fantastic! Use mine every morning. Fast and easy shipping to Ontario, excited to make next order.

Nice little record shop in Downtown Amherst. Friendly service. I also picked up an East Coast Records t-shirt.
