The staff and their customer service gets a 10 star. Very helpful, understanding and welcoming. I have rented generators multiple times and every time I had a great experience.

Excellent customer service by Chris and Colin at the North Van branch. They went the extra mile and found a solution to my needs. They also honoured the original price although having to provide a larger tool as the size I wanted was not available! I highly recommend this outfit!

They were very helpful from the time I called and asked questions about equipment all the way to pick up and return. The shop is very organized and clean with a good inventory and staff are efficient and helpful. This can become my go-to place for tool/equipment rental.
