Outstanding customer service! The way things used to be. Bob Reiger went above and beyond. Took the time to demonstrate the sewing part needed. Nice to be treated this way and knowing your business is appreciated even though it was an inexpensive item .
Very rude service, the woman at the sewing counter was rude and dismissive about the vacuum bags my husband and I came in looking for, told us she couldn’t help us, well of course she couldn’t, she didn’t know anything about the vacuum …
I'd been looking for rather obscure motor brushes from the manufacturer, and online... and had not been able to find any. I tried a couple of motor shops, with no luck. I walked into D&R, showed them what I was looking for, and within a couple of minutes, I had a couple of replacements in my hand. I couldn't be happier.
