Don't book! Much better to go with Avis, Budget or Enterprise. I've never had any issues with Enterprise or Budget and I've rented a lot of cars (not as much with Avis but never had an issue). I think Enterprise is the best and most professional. Save yourself the hassle, do not book from Dollar Car Rental.
