Ordered more than 20 wreaths to be sent to family across Canada in mid November 2021 and requested delivery by December 1st. Contacted by the DeLong December 16th to say that no wreaths were delivered and there are none left because they …
We received a DeLong wreath as a gift. Not only was the wreath misshapen by the poor placement of greenery, (a lopsided oval), it smelled like cat urine. Additionally it was not fresh and the dry pine needles created a huge mess when the bag/box was opened. It was put back in the box and went out with the garbage.
