Excellent customer service and warranty on lamps
Products are a good quality, but if looking to replace drivers for any of their products, it's just easier to buy a new fixture from a different vendor. I've had to suggest complete fixture changes for my customers after Cree has refused to replace the driver for failed LED arrays.
I had 3 bulbs burn out with in 2 years. The bulbs were not misused ( enclosed fixtures etc ). I contacted Cree after 1 stopped working 6 months after purchase and they out a replacement within 2 days. I recently has 2 more stop working and they told me I was out of warranty and I'm SOL with the other 2. This is an unacceptable business practice for LED lamps.
