Let me tell you I love this Costco’s carts. They are the perfect blend of size and maneuverability. You want to be able to squeeze around all the aisles but also able to put the many cool things you find in this store in your cart. These carts have a great wheel system, easy to push and don't get stuck. I give them a 5 out of 5!
I normally have great experiences at the St James Costco, however last night, I felt ignored and unimportant as a customer. I went through the self-checkout (which only had 2 people in line, not a super busy time) as I normally do with a positive experience. However, this time the cashier did not acknowledge me or even say hello. When I had a question about an item, they didn't even look up from their computer screen. I had to wave them down for assistance. It was quite disappointing and made me feel like my business was not valued. I give them a 2 out of 5.

Well, we live out of town. To drive in, purchase it and drive back was going to take much too long. I mentioned, that it was my good friend's birthday and he had taken ill and we wanted to make his day very special and show him how much he means to the people that know him. They went above and beyond!! Not only did they make the cake, it was absolutely beautiful! The love, care and consideration they put into it is amazing!! The design that was chosen was perfect for his personality and the decoration on the outside, icing and decoration, was stunning!! They added so much to this memorable night!! So to both the manager and bakery manager, thank you from the bottom of my heart!! I give them a 5 out of 5!

The products at Costco are great, the prices are reasonable, and the store is always clean and well-organized. However, I often find that the checkout lines are too long and it takes a long time to get through. It would be great if they had more cashiers or a better system in place to speed up the checkout process. Overall, I give Costco a 4 out of 5.
