Very disappointed and rude receptionist. Leaside Costco hearing aid Centre didn't notify us at least 48 hours’ notice of an appointment cancellation. or 24 hrs. of rescheduling. Receptionist didn't leave a voicemail. When I spoke to the receptionist, she is not even sorry for the inconvenience and hang up on me.
