Customer service team have poor skills. Today it was raining and they kept customers for returns to lineup in the rain although there was no lineup inside where there is signs to stand. When I complained I was told to go home if I didn’t like it. This is a bad and poor way to treat Costco Customer.
Hey guys. Today I have a very bad experience with Costco at Erb St. W. Waterloo. I went there to return my TV. I know Costco has a 90-day return policy, but they refused to take it back and the customer service team had very poor skills. They made me stand in the rain for the returns lineup, even though there was no lineup inside and there were signs to stand there. When I complained, they told me to go home if I didn't like it. This is a bad and poor way to treat Costco customers.
The customer service team at Costco has really disappointed me. I went there on a rainy day to return my TV and they made me stand outside in the rain for the returns lineup.
