The staff and programs at infight are top notch. Whether your an adult with children or you want to train yourself this is a a safe, fun and technical place to train. Give them a call and try it out.

We wanted to find a place for our toddler for a regular physical activity, that would also teach discipline, perseverance, where teachers would be patient and compassionate. We couldn't be happier with our choice. The instructors are amazing with the children, really making an effort to connect with them and keep them engaged. The classes are organized and structured, with a good mix of physical activities, games, and learning basic martial arts skills. Our toddler is always excited to go to class and has learned so much in terms of coordination, focus, and discipline. We highly recommend this place!

I was looking for a martial arts school for my son and came across Coquitlam Martial Arts. The initial impression was great. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were friendly. The front desk staff helped me with all the information I needed and answered all my questions. My son has been attending the classes for a couple of months now and he absolutely loves it.
