Less then helpful. Don’t care enough part for power tools they sell. Not willing to help me out even though I bought all my tools from them.

Was amazing today! He was just one man working the till, fixing chain saws and working with customers! the line ups were long but everyone was happy today. Very Helpful in the Ice storm 2017! My chain saw works great! Thank you! Here is a pic of the devastation in my back year I have to clear.

There is good service and bad service, I am sure we all have had our share of this, and of course some folks like to complain like there is a reward for it... However this place goes a step above and has SUPER GREAT service . Thanks again …
