Dr. Stepan Vostretsov is a great and experienced professional. Ver calm, and great approach to your concern. The office itself is a typical walk in clinic. Not very friendly staff, outdated office and etc. Takes forever to see doctors but this doctor is excellent.

Even though I was having trouble breathing, urgent care told me it would be 4-6 hour wait and that if I went to emergency, I might be seen faster. Absolutely ridiculous. I went to McMaster and was seen within 1.5 hours.
