I have been a regular customer at the Crowfoot location for a long time now, but you never know what you're dealing with until you face an issue. Yesterday, I was doing my usual grocery shopping there. I bought a supplement that was recommended by one of the staff members. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized that the seal on the bottle was broken and the supplement had been tampered with. I immediately called the store and spoke to the manager, who was very understanding and apologized for the inconvenience. He assured me that they would take the necessary steps to ensure this doesn't happen again. I was offered a refund or a replacement and I chose the replacement. The next day, I went to the store and got a new bottle without any issues. While it was an unfortunate incident, I appreciate how the manager handled the situation and made sure to resolve it quickly. It shows that they care about their customers and their satisfaction. Overall, I still trust and like this store, but I will be more cautious when purchasing products in the future.
