The atmosphere of the Colonel R. S. McLaughlin Armoury is very historic and well-preserved. The decor is impressive and there is a sense of grandeur as you walk through the halls.
The customer service at the armoury was lacking during my visit. The staff were not very friendly or helpful, and seemed disinterested in answering any questions I had.
