Some of the staff is great providing assistance and help while others lack customer service or seem to be all the time busy and unwilling to understand and support the veterinarians

A year and a half later and I am still waiting to have my complaint against Dr. Tamara Beckstead of both Northtown Veterinary Hospital in Brampton and Silvercreek Veterinary Clinic in Guelph resolved. My complaint was forwarded to her for review, and I have not heard anything back. This lack of communication and resolution is frustrating and unprofessional.

I have not visited this spot - but I am strictly posting about the case with the licensed vet Mahavir Singh Rheki. I’m just reading up about this vet now. The fact that the OVC took literally almost no action against someone (back in 2017) who blatantly 100% lied 100% just baffles me. You’d think with a pretty skilled legal team inhouse you guys would just be able to add up % lmao. And if you can’t do that then at least remove someone from the industry who takes lying so lightly.
