This new phone in system needs go change. Thier is no prioritized system where its first come first serve. It's basically like a casino you just have to hope they pick up your phone call. I called in 58 times. 22 minutes of redialling only to get answered as soon as I blocked my number. Something ain't right. They need to fix this.
If there is little rush, ingate sucks can be hours before you entre and then hours inside. If you are picking up a load bring you lunch dinner and next day’s breakfast as well. Its that bad. Once i had to spend 14 hours for picking up from here
Worst machine guys they need replacements or may be they are not happy with their life trying to make others life hard as well , they dont respect drivers , my chassie lock was stuck the machine guys didn't helped me can cn take the …

This place has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The staff is rude and unhelpful. They don't care about the drivers at all. They need to improve their customer service skills and treat people with respect.
I have been to many train yards, but this one is by far the worst. The facilities are old and run down, the equipment is outdated, and the overall experience is terrible. I would not recommend this yard to anyone.
