In store service is excellent. My one star is for their service department. Should be zero stars. The main concern is communication. They literally don’t have the courtesy of making a phone call. Even after booking a service the previous day and promised they would call in the am to confirm and give us an estimated time. We did receive a text confirming the appointment late at night when the store was closed. We also didn’t get an estimated time and couldn’t get through on the phone to either get a time or find out if they were on their way. In fact, we got through a few times to the store and the service department and could hear them talking but they hung up on us. We called the manufacturer given, by the store and they told us to call the store. They said they would send someone but a few hours later and still no one. They were to call us before they came and never did. We would never recommend this company. We heard that from many others too.
