I've been here a few times, and it's a mockery of both ethics and your time plus money. Firstly, they say they can only take so many people, and once that amount is taken by some imaginary quota, they shut their doors, fair enough if the service you received each visit had actually been decent. I wouldn't come here again--I am a post office worker and by god knows how this behavior wouldn't be accepted.
