Clarksburg Contractors fixed my fireplace in June, and when I turned it on in September the flame did not appear. I contacted them and they returned to address the problem. The service manager who contacted me to discuss the issue and was very helpful. The technician came out and found that the pilot light had gone out of it's settings. He lit it in a usb second and everything worked perfectly. I cannot more highly recommend Clarksburg Contractors. Javier was kind, professional, and on time.
