I tried ordering a few items from two staff members( in person & via email ).They assured my only a week to get them in, when I emailed back two weeks later they ignored me completely. …

The staff were nice enough but we needed to do a return 3 days after purchase with the receipt and the product had not even been opened. They charge you a "restocking fee" which is another term for cash grab. This policy is archaic, I won't purchase from these guys again.
