If you want a property management group that speaks as if they're lecturing you at all times, run down units with improper maintenance completed, unimaginably slow resident managers and blatant attempts to take your damage deposit, this is not the place for you.
The resident managers at CCPM are extremely slow in resolving any issues. It takes them forever to get back to you and when they do, their responses are condescending and unhelpful. They also do a poor job of maintaining the units.
