Laura listened to my list of 'wants' and understood what I was looking for. She was so friendly and accommodating. The level of service I received was unparalleled. Well where to begin - I will say that service-wise Chadwick's & Hack's really stepped up and made every effort to help me. Even had the owner of the fireplace company that made my unit come to my house to try everything he could to get me right - at the end of the day it was a factory issue and had to be handled by the manufacturer. But the staff was professional, supportive, and went above and beyond to try and resolve the issue. I would highly recommend their services!
