Great shelter but need to work on how they handle shelter seekers. Being homeless is for a short while for refugee claimants. All shall be well after some time.
Was trying to make a general inquiry about the shelter for research purposes(how many beds etc..). The staff member who picked up was so rude and trashy. To think these are the staff in charge of vulnerable people is alarming.
When I stayed there, all my needs were met. I had a bed to sleep in. I had use of a shower to get clean. I had shelter. This is not a hotel people! …
