We were a large group returning home from our annual cottage vacation and craved fish & chips. Finding a place that would accommodate 12 people on a Saturday evening was proving to be difficult. So we Googled and found Carey’s Pub. It’s a nice cozy pub, nicely renovated and the fish and chips and bangers and mash were perfect, as were the beef dip and pulled pork sandwiches. Kid friendly too.
Service is top notch, food is delicious and atmosphere is relaxed. There are several rooms so there’s privacy too. Prices are reasonable. Seafood and steaks are good choices and they offer craft beer. Try the wings!
