I don't even want to give any stars but to make a comment, unfortunately, I have to give one star. I have never seen any Dr office with a rude receptionist like this office. They are speaking Farsi, they are Persian but I think they hate the patient, doesn't matter what kind of person you are or your culture. I told them about them attendings and specialists, doesn’t matter no one cares about you. Even one of the attendings was yelling at them in front of me because of these huge mistakes by them and they don’t give a shit about! Regrettably, my experience with the clinic's staff was less than satisfactory. One of their receptionists exhibited rude and overly inquisitive behaviour, with an apparent lack of understanding of doctor-patient privilege. This wasn't very helpful or reassuring during a vulnerable time.
I have been her patient for almost 3 years. She is an amazing person, really caring and does listen to you and your concerns. She is not in any rush just to see you and get rid of you (like most of GP unfortunately). I would definitely recommend and I’m more than happy to have her as my doctor.
