It’s a good scene route. I did clockwise drive & enjoyed it. Definitely worth the drive. Lots of hiking options and trails. Good for someone who like hiking and trails, definitely need few days to explore & bring mosquitoes and find accommodation near by park. Make sure your Gas tank is full, sometime cape Breton is out of gas. i

We tent camped at Broad Cove. It was rainy for 3 days, but we had the whole beach to ourselves and our last night was glorious with clear night skies and a beautiful view of the Perseids in mid-August. Weekdays are great with the whole park to ourselves.
