He also ensured that everyone respected the rules and guidelines of the adventure sports center. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend Cap Aventure - Plage de Cap-aux-Os.
YOU HAVE TO DO THIS!! We showed up at 7:45 AM so we could sign in and the staff instructed us on how to use the kayak in the sea. They were very helpful and made sure that we understood all the safety procedures. It was an amazing experience to kayak along the shoreline and see the beautiful scenery. Definitely a must-do activity in Cap-aux-Os!
