Usually an OK store, considering its' size (smallish). I thought it would be convenient to order an item for store pickup. When I didn't get a confirmation that the order was ready I called the store and finally found the person who was supposed to get my order. They told me they didn't have it and I had to reorder it. It was frustrating and took more time than I expected.

I was just going through the check out with my three year old and he was having a rough time, so naturally when it was time to put the paintbrushes he was holding on the checkout he refused. I tried to reason with him for a moment and then the cashier suddenly became incredibly aggressive and told me I had to control my child or leave the store. It was completely unnecessary and I was shocked at how rude she was.
