The mobile costs will go down if the CRTC would just stay out of it. The whole issue we have with mobile phone price gaouging in this country is the CRTC. Eliminate their involvement and you will instantly have competition, lower prices and plans that are fair.
They have helped me every time when ive been ripped off by telecom and internet companies.
I try to reach someone and it tells me that the person you are trying to reach has not initialized their voicemail! What is this stupid amateur service? Who do you take us for? Can't even answer the phone?! …
