The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We have an older door that needed a replacement handle and deadbolt which the door did not have. He took great care to make sure it was drilled out properly and we are so pleased with the results! I've recommended this company to all my friends!
That is really bad customer service, firstly we ordered the consultation from online but nobody mentioned us about the service fee. However when he came to office he checked the out door with the key he offered us 850$ after couple of …
