The guys were clean, quick and professional in the installation. I highly recommend. And Alex, our project manager with CC Windows, was very accommodating in helping us to pick, set up installation dates, and wrapping it up. He even stopped by after to make sure we were happy with the windows!
I have spent a month trying to get this company to provide the receipt I need for my greener home evaluation grant to be paid. I’ve called and spoken to people, and emailed, countless times and still nothing! If they don’t provide it I will lose out on thousands of dollars in grant money that I had budgeted into buying windows.
I love my new windows! The new windows are awesome! I had all the windows (7) changed on the main floor of our house and the difference is incredible. The old windows were drafty and noisy, but the new ones are so quiet and keep the heat in so much better. The guys from CC Windows who installed them were clean, quick and professional. They did a great job and I highly recommend their service. Alex, our project manager, was also very helpful in assisting us with choosing the windows and setting up the installation dates. He even came by after the installation to make sure we were happy with the windows. Overall, a great experience and I am very satisfied with the new windows.
