Super easy to deal with. Found the part for my nearly obsolete oven and shipped it to me very fast. The part was OEM and not a knock off plus they gave me the best price of all the other retailers. The part is installed and the oven is back in service... Thanks for fabulous customer service Christina!!!

It has been a fantastic experience working with Christina on my replacement part needs. I placed an order for a non-stock item (Extractor Hood replacement blower motor) and Christina was very open and frequent with her communications on the status of the delivery from Germany. She also quickly answered all of my question, and arranged to get the replacement pick-up damaged blower motor back to Germany for inspection by Miele.

Been using them for the past two years, and I have no affiliation or anything with this company, but I can vouch for them. I've checked online for different stores, and their prices are really good. They do all of the shipping from Canada, which is great. The only thing is that they don't have a showroom. However, they do have a warehouse in the back where you can pick up your parts if you like.
Needed some parts for my GE Stove and they had the parts and advised me of the exact parts i needed and the price was very fair. I used them once before years ago that's why I went back to them and I will go back again if I need any appliance parts again.
