Friendly, knowledgeable, good prices, and answered my questions I had. I was extremely impressed with the fact when I decided to purchase a refurbished starter( looks brand new) it was taken to the back and was, what sounded like bench checked/ re-torqued before selling me the item. Fixed my truck!
