So far not impressed! We switched insurance at work and I have no yet received my card and cannot sign in online to get my info to claim my meds at the pharmacy! After 2 hours on hold for an agent, they hand up claiming technical difficulties! Horrible service so far!
I picked up an old associate for lunch that works for the freedom 55 group as the financial advisor. I don't know the place itself but it's being around for quite some time apparently I'm surprised that it shows that kind of a life owns them now. I don't know if that's the case or not.
Deplorable customer service. 2 times I called and waited more than 30 min without answer! We pay for this service!!! I managed to get a nice lady to transfer me to another department who never responded!!! What appalling service!
