For the last 3 weeks they refund a orthopedic receipts for my kid, this week they refuse because apparently the service was not noted, although I have the receipts with the service title.In the past sent me a letter two days before the temporary insurance expired.The only thing I good say was the Canada Life give me back the premiums from the extra insurance paid. For other parts services is the worst.

The entire experience dealing with this company is frustrating and leaves me feeling mistreated and disrespected.
