I haven't been in the store but I was able to buy a beginner kit within a few days after a few back and forth emails. The staff I chatted with was helpful and they guided me in choosing everything I needed. They shipped, I believe, the day after I placed the order and it was delivered super quick. Great experience!

Most of the staff are helpful. no idea why one guy is disrespectful to me. I come with a lot of questions and buy lots of stuff every time. he makes me feel like I'm wasting his time.
