This is our second new vehicle purchase from Campbell River Toyota and we can’t say enough about how well have been treated. Laura, Bill, Martin, Kim and the support staff have been excellent every step of the way. Always prompt calls or emails with updates and very accommodating in making sure we were able to see options of different trims, colors, etc. Kim in finance was extremely helpful and great communicating each step. Sarah addressed any concerns promptly and made sure we were taken care of. Overall an excellent experience!
I just recently got a service #2 at Campbell River Toyota and the same day I noticed the undercarriage scraping on ramps that I usually could take with enough ground clearance. Looked under to see the shield under the oil gasket loose and missing almost all the bolts. These undercarriages shields serve as wind deflectors also. How does this get missed by certified Toyota technicians? Really glad I didn’t have a long trip this summer. Being second service as we keep our vehicles a few years should be checked for missing or loose bolts and a visual inspection for general wear or tear
