My wife and I are from North Van and were looking for a new SUV. Supply across the province has been non-existent. Mario from Campbell River Hyundai had a new Tucson and was so helpful to us. We decided on a last minute trip up island to check it out and Mario even met us there on a Sunday to make it easier on us with ferry reservations. He took the time to go over everything and then asked the sales manager if we could take the vehicle for a little longer test drive so we could be confident before buying. We felt that some of the small dings on the car Dealers scope and a full tank of gas. He was honest and upfront when we asked him questions. He didn't try to up-sell us things that he thought we didn't want or need and we felt like he really bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with our purchase. The whole experience was made very simple and enjoyable and we will definitly send any friends looking for a new ride her way. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant, great to work with. special shout out to Mario and Robert.

Straight up to tell completely unprofessional, unresponsive, and cant event tell me their own misprint. This place is a waste of time. They are shady sales people. If you are even thinking about purchasing a car from this place. Turn around and go somewhere re here. They do not respect anyone and their prices are jacked and they claim they are markers Ford which they have never been plain old Hyundai.

I had to take my Hyundai SUV in for a service. I was very pleased that a rep was able to take my car in day without an appointment. Rep was organized, kind and easy to work with. She even offered to give me a rides back to work or if I prefer to wait, a coupon for a free coffee while I waited She keep me updated on the progress of the service and had the car washed. I am new to the area and this was my first time having anything serviced at this location. Meyka was truly amazing and I will return with my car for future servicing. Truly amazing.
The staff at this dealership are amazing! From the time I walked into the store until the time I picked up my vehicle they were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The everything we were looking for in a vehicle that suited our budget and told us all the different options that were available. At no time did we feel pressured or rushed into making a purchase we didn't feel comfortable with. Out of all the dealerships that we've dealt with in the past this one definitely is the top of the list. Mike Toubi and Robert Mclean were our salesmen and we can't thank them enough and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle and we will definitely going to be repeat customers.
I went in to look at a new car. and the sales girl said they had a Porsche Boxster 2015 in stock. when I asked to test drive it. the sales girl said I looked like a person that couldn't afford to buy a car. Don't go there to look for a car that wreckless. or they will judge you to by your appearance.
I went in to get a new vehicle. The person who approached me in the store was extremely rude and dismissive. They clearly did not want my business. The whole experience was unpleasant, and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
