Called them in Calgary, they told me it costs me $35 plus $15 for call service (total $50) and the tech will come in 15 minutes, it was -30 C. The guy kept lying to me saying he's in the way to my house for almost 2 hours. When he arrived he said it costs me $163 to pick the only simple look that was on my house door. Do not use them.
