Nice little place. When we visited it was a bit busy and crowded , but we took a bit of time outside in the garden and by the turtle pond and went back inside the butterfly enclosure once it quieted down. Worth visiting for sure. The gift shop has many unique little gifts/souvenirs & the staff working were very sweet.
This place is a childhood favorite of mine!! They have more than just butterflies! There are birds, koi, turtles, Beatles, stickbugs, tarantulas(behind glass), moths, flowers, and an outdoor garden. You can even see the chrysalis with butterflies coming out!! Great for dates, family visiting, kids and adults of all ages.
We had a lovely time! Plenty of beautiful butterflies to look at and even got to see some other bugs (stick bugs and beetles!) There were lovely gardens to walk around too, and a neat giftshop. A few butterflies even landed on us but only stayed a moment. It was quite warm inside but not too bad. Would recommend!
