Got a new car and the staff were professional with great care for customers satisfaction

Rented a car for the day while at port on cruise. The car was ready on time and the whole process was super quick and easy. Everyone working there was friendly and the prices were reasonable. The best/easiest car rental experience I’ve ever had!

We were five minutes late on a Friday night. We called to tell them we were delayed. Though they offer shuttle service, they did not suggest this. Just told us to hurry, they stop at 5:30pm. Though there was another employee still …
