The bakery's updated with more seating and a hot table. It's a reliable go-to when in the neighborhood but today I tried the veal sandwich, and let's say that I'll continue going to that famous place on Claremont St for veal. The bakery goods though are terrific!

Been a long time since I've been here, and even thoughbthe name and interior has changed, same friendly people, same familiar smell, same delicious Natas (Portuguese custard pastry).

Horrible service, horrible “pao de queijo”, dreadful hot chocolate, dry croissant , and terrible everything. The “pao de queijo” was extremely doughy and tasted like pure cassava starch. …
