I was so pumped to use my gift card, February 10, but apparently their machines have been down for a few days, however they would be glad to accept cash or debit. I was confused....
Perpetually understaffed and poorly managed. Staff working are nice and friendly and doing their absolute best, but it's ridiculous that I have to wait up to 20 minutes on my brief lunch break to get a smoothie. Please help the staff out.
