The manager at this store and the entire team were super helpful and fair. They spent the extra time to make sure my originally bad experience (missing parts) turned into a fantastic one. Amazing customer service and great communication. Well done. Will definitely come to this store again and recommend to my family and friends.

I came today to pick specific items and Doug was very helpful and went above and beyond. The moment I walked in the outlet store he greeted me with a big smile and he was holding the exact item I needed. What a timing. He was going to put it back on the shelf as he was assuming that someone had put it back in the wrong place. I could tell that he takes pride in his job and genuinely wants to help customers. I will definitely be back!

Found kids winter ankle boot/shoes on clearance for $18.99 which is nice since now its summer.. They charged $36 something. Came back right away to get the price corrected, but they did not have the item anymore and only refund me what they charges me. Great customer service but bad inventory management.
