Great service. Right to the point, parts were as advertised got everything I was expecting, fantastic price. Parts were packaged and shipped in a proper and professional manner. Due to my experiences with them, I won't be going to the dealership anymore.

I was contacted by Bent Toys from a parts look upon partshotline.ca. I asked for a seat, fuel shut off valve and handlebar cover aka dash. Tiffany at Bents toys sent me pictures of the seat that looked like it was in good shape but needed some repairs to be great. The fuel shut off looked decent. the handlebar cover looked white not yellowed. The price for a 1996 Yamaha Kodiak 4x4 with no tears in the seat is going for $200.00- 400.00. I was told to offer $100.00 for the seat and add $50.00 for the shut off valve. I was also told the dash would be $50.00-75.00. I was told shipping might be 60-75 dollars or more. The shipping ended up being more. I sent an e-transfer for all the parts and shipping. The pictures of the seat showed some slight rips at the rear. In person it had far worse damage around the side of the seat. I sent Bent Toys pictures of the seat and they said just to return it. I offered to repair the seat if they would take $20.00 off the price. We agreed. The seat is at the upholstery shop now being done. I have spent $125 on the seat repairs not the fuel shut off and dash/dash cover/hood cover. The last time I heard from Bent Toys they said 10 days for the parts to arrive, (then getting back to me on the return issue for the seat). As for the others parts their pictures were better and matched the descriptions. I made it clear that I would be fully restoring this ATV this fall of 2022. I would be ordering more parts in the next weeks and might fix others forwarded to me. . I could of ordered 1 part at a time as well. They send out once a week from Carrier X. Tracking could not be done I was told by Bent Toys. Also one of their repair parts was not as described when received. Update still waiting on missing parts.

I had a less than satisfactory experience at Bent Toys. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and the facilities were dirty and disorganized. The parts I received were not as described and were of poor quality. I would not recommend this dealership.
