My furnace broke on Jan 27/ 2023 night time . I called this company in the morning when I noticed the issue to see if they can resolve the problem. The tech was here only for 20 minutes and he claimed he fixed the issue. No part was replaced because furnace was working fine the night before. He charged $249 and left. The furnace broke 2 days after the service. I called BC Furnace and asked to speak to a manager and the manager refused to get on the phone. So, I asked the person to tell me the name of the manufacturer this time and that I was posting a review. He instantly got defensive and told me that there is a very bad review about their company on HomeStars - which made me feel extremely unsafe and threatened. I asked if he would find what is causing the problem since the tech who claimed to be a master could not. He said a service call would be $10. The tech who arrived had a million excuses why it wasn't working and that certain parts that he told me about on a previous service visit... would not work. He seemed only interested in selling a new furnace for thousands of dollars. He told me that he put in the equivalent of 4 hours on the furnace the night before and that it was working fine. It wasn' only working for 24 hours. I do not recommend using this company at all and I will make sure to tell my 450 facebook friends to not use this company. I will make sure tio get the name of the furnace manufacturer for the General Manager at my property visit and will speak pewrsonally to any family a friend who mentions thay they are having issues with furnaces.
